>Meet Roberta Eisen, M.Ed., LPC, NCC

Roberta Eisen, M.Ed., LPC, NCC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Nationally Certified Counselor with a Master’s degree in Education Counseling. She can help you use her experience to establish a firm foundation for your family’s future.

Whether you are a divorcing parent, a family in transition looking for an experienced professional who can help you negotiate confusing choices, an attorney seeking a knowledgeable and capable colleague to help you with a particularly challenging client, or a helping professional in need of expert training, Roberta Eisen is a master practitioner whose experience, competence, scholarship, and sensitivity are exceptional.

Roberta’s counseling, mediation and consulting practice includes Co-Parenting Counseling, Parenting Coordination, Divorce, Custody and Family Mediation, Custody and Collaborative Law Coaching.

In her work over the past 15 years with families facing difficult emotional and substantive issues, Roberta has developed a wide-ranging expertise:

  • She has mediated over 2,000 custody cases.
  • She is an Advanced Practitioner Member of the Association for Conflict Resolution. She presents workshops and teaches basic and advanced trainings in mediation and conflict resolution throughout the country.
  • She is the consultant to the American Psychological Association hired to create and implement the PAC program for the Family Court of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia.
  • She is the author of the curriculum for the Allegheny County (Pennsylvania) Court of Common Pleas Mandated Education Class.
  • She teaches Parenting Education classes and writes curriculum for educational programs.

Roberta’s private practice specializes in helping families in transition with custody, divorce, co-parenting, step-parenting and parenting coordination. The expert services that Roberta Eisen provides can save you time, money and emotional turmoil.

  • Rather than accommodate to the scheduling needs of an overburdened court, you can create your own pace and schedule.
  • You can work more efficiently, allowing Roberta to help with the emotional and practical issues that don’t require an attorney’s attention. You also save the expense of deliberating those issues in court.
  • Perhaps most importantly, you spare yourself, your children and other family and friends the short and long-term emotional pain that can result from a difficult divorce or other family transitions.
